Job Summary
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Caregiver 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)
Full-Time Part-Time Per Diem
*hourly rates are based on base pay 3rd shift differential*

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe respectful environment
New or soon-to-be licensed LNAs are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- CPR certification required
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
