Are you passionate about leadership supporting families and helping DSPs thrive 360 Behavioral Health is looking for a Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced rewarding environment. Youll oversee Direct Support Professionals collaborate with families and Regional Centers and ensure every client receives high-quality compassionate care.

• Required Availability- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm evenings and weekends as needed.

Your Role:

• Supervise and coach DSPs to deliver exceptional services
• Ensure families receive consistent high-quality care
• Collaborate with Regional Centers clients and behavioral agencies
• Conduct staff meetings professional development and utilization reviews
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

What Were Looking For:

• 1 year clinical experience working with individuals with diverse needs
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive
• Bilingual Spanish Required

Education & Certifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; pursuing bachelors degree preferred
• Must pass background check/Live Scan
• TB clearance CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Certification
