About the Role

As a Purchasing Agent you play a critical role in keeping our production team running smoothly. Youll plan source and track materials working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure everything shows up when its needed no surprises.

This is a fast-paced highly collaborative role where your attention to detail communication skills and ability to juggle priorities will make a real impact on our success .

What Youll Do

• Support production by ensuring materials and components arrive on time
• Track and follow up on supplier shipments and delivery commitments
• Request quotes place purchase orders and manage procurement
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system
• Identify substitute materials when needed to avoid delays
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve pricing or invoice discrepancies
• Keep documentation organized and up to date

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills especially when working with vendors
• A proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• High School diploma required; Associate degree or 13 years of related experience preferred
• Bonus points for experience in manufacturing supply chain or industrial environments
