Core Responsibilities
Architect and execute strategic business development initiatives that expand the firms presence across the Houston region
Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships positioning the firm for long-term partnerships and repeat business
Identify pursue and track new opportunities through proactive networking industry engagement and market research
Represent the firm at client meetings industry events and community engagements to elevate brand visibility and generate leads
Develop and manage a robust pipeline within CRM systems ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align pursuit strategies with broader business objectives
Strengthen regional brand awareness through targeted outreach strategic positioning and relationship cultivation
Coordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to support pursuit efforts and client engagement strategies

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field
512 years of experience in business development preferably within the AEC industry
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships that drive revenue growth
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and time management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience in architecture engineering or construction (AEC) environments
Established network within the Houston market
Experience supporting pursuit strategies proposals or marketing initiatives
Familiarity with regional public and private sector clients
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging market opportunities
