The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughouttheir
lifecycle.We drive performance productivity safety and quality of customers installed base performance and
deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.
The impactyoullmake:
Delivers training to both internal and external customers on highly technical and sophisticated products. Training is
designed for maintenance engineers thatare responsible fordiagnosing troubleshooting repairing and debugging
complex electro-mechanical equipment. Effective training of customers and engineers directly contributes to
increased equipment availability and improved performance across semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Whatyoulldo:
Asan instructor you will conduct training courses for customers and/or employees at usingcomplex situations for multiple products.
Training and qualifications for all instructors will take place in FremontCAor Tualatin OR depending on the productsyou will support. This training may require extended stays in the assigned location. We will offer full relocation
assistanceif needed.
Utilizeperformance-based equipment training standards (PBET) with the following training methods:
Hands-on using capital equipment systems
Classroom lectures
Online classes
. Utilizing mix-media training strategies
Collaborate with engineering technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects currentproduct features
Validation of applicability of course material with course development team
Prepare lesson plans from released engineering and field service documents
Must be open to travel up to 30% after the first year
Whowerelooking for:
5 years of related experience with aBachelorsdegree or 3 years experience and aMastersdegree orequivalent experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
Clear confident communication skillsboth written and verbal
Customer-focused mindset with strong service and support skills
Effective presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
