Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from early planning through to delivery while helping shape the future of a growing construction business.

Backed by an established and profitable operation they have delivered over 300 homes and developments with a strong focus on custom design quality and integrity. With a strong pipeline across multi-residential and housing projects they maintain long-term partnerships with government commercial and national development clients.

The opportunity

This position has been created to introduce greater structure strategic oversight and commercial governance across projects enabling the business to scale while preserving the core principles behind its success.

You wont be stepping into a layered corporate environment but rather a role where your influence will shape project planning procurement strategies commercial decisions and overall delivery frameworks. As a Project Manager you will play a key role in driving performance across multiple projects contributing to business growth and enhancing client outcomes while also sharing in the financial success and long-term ownership outcomes of the business.

In this role you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects including cost planning procurement and contractual management to ensure successful delivery within budget and program. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders maintaining and strengthening relationships throughout the project while assessing feasibility identifying risks and opportunities and implementing strategies to optimise outcomes and drive performance.
