Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of highquality technical documentation for complex products and systems
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content
  • Research analyze and interpret technical information to create clear and concise documentation
  • Develop and implement documentation standards processes and best practices
  • Review and edit technical documents for clarity consistency and adherence to style guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical writers
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technical writing tools and methodologies


Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical writing preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of technical writing principles style guides and documentation standards
  • Proficiency in using authoring tools such as MadCap Flare Adobe FrameMaker or similar
  • Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Experience in managing documentation projects and teams
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Bachelors degree in Technical Communication English or a related field
  • Masters degree in Technical Communication or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
