You build something others will study for years to next 5 minutes could land you in our top 5% shortlist click Apply to start your application (a short simple step to put you in the running)!Head of Digital GrowthROLE SNAPSHOT Location/Schedule: Remote or On-site Full-Time Purpose: Build and scale a consumer health platform from early traction to millions of paying subscribers KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive high-volume user acquisition across paid and organic channels Own performance across social search influencer affiliate and emerging channels Design and optimize onboarding trial and subscription conversion flows Improve activation conversion and early retention through continuous testing Increase subscriber retention engagement and lifetime value Optimize subscription monetization and upsell strategies Own and manage core growth metrics including CAC LTV retention and conversion Partner with product and engineering to drive growth-driven product improvements MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS Proven success scaling a consumer app from installs to subscriptions to recurring revenue Experience driving growth at millions-of-users scale Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC while scaling volume Background in consumer health wellness fitness or adjacent subscription platforms Deep expertise in LTV:CAC retention cohorts conversion funnels and attribution Track record with documented performance metrics and outcomes PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with hybrid subscription and product monetization models Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and engagement Background in hardware software ecosystems Experience scaling from early traction to mass-market adoption WHAT WE OFFER High-impact ownership-driven role with direct influence on company growth Opportunity to build and scale from early traction to massive adoption Exposure to cutting-edge growth strategies and experimentation Environment that rewards performance speed and measurable results Honest Challenge This role demands full ownership of growth outcomes.
