Be a crucial team member contributing to an award winning nationally recognized program as a Specialty Scheduling Assistant at the St. Cloud Hospital Heart and Vascular Center! Our Cardiovascular program has consistently been ranked in the Top 50 US News & World report for Cardiology and Heart surgery. Work daily with some of the worlds best specialists!
This role is responsible for providing scheduling support to the department. You will participate in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care role involves interacting with patients healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure that all scheduling needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. The position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
Schedule:
- Full-time 72 hours every two weeks
- Days 8-hour shifts 8am 4:30pm Monday-Friday
- Possibility of hybrid work after training
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $18.56 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.71-$26.54

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
- 1 yearexperience or equivalent knowledge/skills required.
- Post high school secretarial training preferred.
- Must demonstrate excellent communicative skills.
- Typing 50 wpm.
- Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment.
