JD:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
- Perform system reconfigurations and workload rebalancing.
- Deploy and decommission servers and network devices.
- Use remote management tools and basic scripting to automate tasks.
- Document procedures and mentor Tier 1 technicians.
- Support procurement workflows (e.g. SAP Ariba) and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Escort and assist collocated personnel and service providers.
- Use ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) to manage tasks and escalations.
- Follow design drawings specifications schematics and blueprints.
