This favorable national civil contractor is a leading Tier 2 contractor with a focus predominantly on structures across Main Roads projects. Led by a team of highly skilled professionals within the industry this contactor is experienced across multiple disciplines including roads earthworks drainage and concrete structures.

They have a number of major TMR projects valued anywhere between $50M - $400M across QLD with a strong pipeline of work to come. Due to internal promotions they are currently looking to secure a TMR Project Manager or experienced Senior Project Engineer who has had the opportunity to manage and run their own projects & ready to continue to deliver a major road project with support from management in place.

Previous experience delivering TMR infrastructure projects is required while maintaining commercial toughness fair and firm negotiations while reporting into a supportive Project Director.

You will have functional authority for all aspects of the project and be responsible for:

• Planning & programming
• Review of contract documentation
• Monitoring costs against budget
• Managing engineers & site staff

To be successful you must have a proven track record of delivering medium to large Main Roads infrastructure projects with a civil contractor in similar conditions. This role will suit a hard-working industry professional with extensive civil construction project management experience. The role will offer long-term work keeping you based locally in North Brisbane & once project is completed must be prepared to go onto future work in QLD.
