- Handle a busy service lane without losing attention to detail
What You MUST Bring:
- Proven Service Advisor experience (no beginners)
- CDK experience REQUIRED
- Xtime experience REQUIRED
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
- Thick skin urgency and the ability to perform under pressure
The Reality:
- This is a fast-paced high-demand environment
- Saturdays are required we need team players
- You will be expected to perform not just participate
