TheSpecialist Learning & Developmentis responsible fordesigning delivering and managing effective training programs that enhance workforce capability ensure compliance and support continuous improvement. This role partners closely with operations engineering quality and HR teams to develop training solutions that meet industry standards and organizational needs fostering a culture of operational excellence and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs across production engineering quality and support functions toidentifyskill gaps and compliance requirements.
  • Develop andfacilitatetraining programs on manufacturing processes equipment operation safety regulatory compliance and leadership development.
  • Create andmaintaintraining materials SOPs e-learning modules and competency documentation aligned with ISO OSHA and industry standards.
  • Manage onboarding programs for new hires ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Implement systems for tracking training completion skill progression and certification renewals using the LMS.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives tooptimizetraining effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of training programs through audits feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep training content current with process changes and new equipment.
  • Provide coaching and support to frontline leaders to strengthen workplace performance and compliance.
  • Manage external vendors and specialized technical training providers as needed.
  • Prepare training reports for audits leadership reviews and compliance documentation.
  • Lead learning and development team.

Qualifications

Require Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Industrial Engineering Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of3years of experience in training manufacturing or continuous improvement roles within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing environments safety quality systems and compliance standards (ISO OSHA).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training documentation processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:Word Excel PowerPointandVisio.
  • Familiar withCompliance Wireelectronic quality management system(ETQ) and Agile PLM.
  • Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English for business communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing high-tech assembly or MedTech environments.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30 Six Sigma TWI(Training Within Industry) CPTD/ATD(Certified Professional in Talent Development).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading learning and developmentteam.
  • Second language other than English.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
