Compensation Package

• Base Salary Range: $75000 $115000
• Bonus: Sales incentive bonus plan

Responsibilities

• Build maintain and grow a personal book of business.
• Manage agency relationships and serve as the primary client contact.
• Rate quote and bind risks for new and renewal business focusing on complex accounts.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business growth.
• Submit underwriting referrals to brokerage facilities and leadership as needed.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including hit ratio retention growth and loss ratio.
• Train and mentor assistant and associate underwriters to support team development.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines underwriting or brokerage with a strong preference for E&S experience.
• Licenses/Designations:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
  • CPCU CIC or similar professional designations are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard agency management systems; no specific system required.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial lines with a focus on complex middle-market and E&S risks.
• Soft Skills: Excellent relationship management communication and organizational skills.
