Your Role in the Story 

As an Assistant Waiter at LUURA you support the service team in delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. You work closely with Waiters Bartenders and the kitchen team to ensure tables are prepared dishes are delivered promptly and the restaurant runs smoothly throughout service. This is a dynamic hands-on role and a great opportunity to learn the flow of service in a lifestyle hospitality environment while developing your skills and confidence on the floor. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support waiters during service by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately 
• Assist with table setup and breakdown before and after service 
• Clear tables efficiently replace cutlery and glassware and reset tables as needed 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations 
• Communicate effectively with waiters kitchen and bar teams to support smooth service flow 
• Assist in maintaining service standards in line with LUURA SOPs 
• Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from the manager on duty 
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned 
• Handle equipment trays and service items carefully and safely 
• Respond promptly to guest requests when directed by the waiter or manager

Qualifications :

Who Were Looking For 

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required 
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn 
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation 
• Physically able to stand for long periods and carry trays as required 
• Oral proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) 
• Well-presented polite and professional at all times. 
• Eligibility to work in (EU) countries 
• Passionate about hospitality culinary trends culture and the art of service.
