• Lead shifts by setting the pace maintaining energy and ensuring smooth operations
• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant functions
• Provide direction coaching and support to Crew Members
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly
• Maintain food quality safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash management and basic administrative tasks
• Monitor labor and help keep shifts efficient and productive

• 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable detail-oriented and proactive
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
