Responsibilities
Lead shifts by setting the pace maintaining energy and ensuring smooth operations
Support the General Manager in daily restaurant functions
Provide direction coaching and support to Crew Members
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly
Maintain food quality safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Handle cash management and basic administrative tasks
Monitor labor and help keep shifts efficient and productive
Qualifications
1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable detail-oriented and proactive
Flexible availability including nights and weekends
