Job Summary

As a key member of the Creativity & Productivity Enterprise Product Marketing team you will shape thecommercializationstrategyand execution that drive global growth and sales performance for AdobesEnterprisesolutions. In this role you will partner closely withthe broaderProductMarketing Sales Finance Pricing and Operations to lead complex crossfunctional programs that enhance customer experiences accelerate new customer acquisition and strengthen longterm retention. You will also explorelong-termcommercialization modelsfor Adobe.

Reporting to theheadof Enterprise GTM this role willleadthe development and execution of Enterprisecommercializationstrategies acrossAdobes growingEnterpriseportfolio. You willleveragedata customer insights andcross functionalpartnershipstoshape strategic priorities inform executive decision making and operationalizeGTMcommercializationstrategies.

As a people leader you will lead and develop a small highimpact team setting direction coaching talent and ensuring delivery against strategic Enterprise GTM priorities.

Success in this role requiresoperatingeffectively ina large complex data environmentand synthesizing sophisticated business and customer analyses into clear recommendationsscalable programs and measurable outcomes.

We are especially looking for a leader with a strong management consulting foundation and exposure to Generative AI driven business transformation who can bring structured problem solving executive-level storytelling and forward-looking AI perspectives into our GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • OwntheEnterprisecommercializationstrategyacross the creative professional business professional andworkflow and automationproduct groups.Ensure offer strategies are complementary andcreatelong-term customer value.

  • Partner withcross-matrixteamsincluding Product MarketingBusiness Model StrategySalesPricingOperations and Product teams to develop and implementcommercialization strategiesand create offers that resonate with our customers.

  • Develop andmaintaindeepunderstanding of each customeraudiencesegment andprovide insights to Productand Product Marketingteams that result in improvedmonetization strategies across Adobes offers.

  • Identifyand prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g.country route-to-marketdistribution channelvertical product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test implement). Drive cross-functional collaborations to achieve the same goal at country level.

  • Preempt and problem-solveoperational issues; lead and integrate cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications/Experience

  • BS/BApreferred OR12 yearsof experiencein management consulting OR equivalent practical experience.MBA preferred.

  • 6 yearsof peoplemanagement experience.

  • Strong preferenceofexperience at top tier consulting firms (e.g. strategy or management consulting) whereyouadvised enterprise clients on growth strategy digital transformation or AI-led transformation initiatives

  • Customer-first orientation with deep global experience working across various customer segments

  • Provenability to design and operationalize SaaSconsumption-basedand token-basedmonetization strategiestooptimizecustomer experience and unlock growth.

  • Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to quarterly and annual sales success

  • Demonstrated leadership success in dynamic environments rapidlyanticipatingand adapting to shifting priorities

  • Strong experience leadingdirect andcross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives

  • Ability to rapidly assess a problem define options evaluate and implement to address critical business issues

  • Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving

  • The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position

  • Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written at all levels

  • A solid sense of self balanced with the drive to put team first

  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams

  • Experience with Generative AIbusiness models pricing strategies and toolsis a plus

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$320000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California the pay range for this position is $221000 - $320000

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
