Job Summary
At Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills delivering a world-class guest experience doesnt stop when a vehicle enters the service lane. The Loan Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our service customers by managing alternate transportation including loaner vehicles rental coordination and shuttle options. This role ensures customers remain mobile while their vehicle is being servicedhelping drive satisfaction retention and overall service efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and assign service loaner vehicles to customers based on eligibility availability and service needs.
- Verify customer qualifications for loaner vehicles including drivers license insurance and required documentation.
- Complete loaner agreements accurately and ensure all required signatures and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage loaner fleet availability tracking vehicle status location mileage fuel levels and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate vehicle check-in and check-out processes including inspections for damage and cleanliness.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to align loaner availability with repair timelines and customer expectations.
- Arrange alternate transportation when loaners are unavailable including rental vehicles or shuttle services.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding loaner policies expectations and return timelines.
- Monitor loaner usage and follow up on overdue vehicles to ensure timely returns.
- Partner with Service Parts and Detail departments to ensure loaner vehicles are clean fueled and ready for use.
- Maintain accurate records of all loaner and transportation activity.
- Support a seamless professional experience that reflects the dealerships commitment to customer care.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior dealership experience in Service Rental/Loaner or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles schedules and customer needs simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and vehicle tracking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented in a fast-paced service environment.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Comfortable using dealership systems and basic office software.
- Dependable proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: $20 - $25 / hour
