Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands-on engineer who moved into leadership (not purely managerial)
• Has built AI automation systems in production
• Strong in MLOps infrastructure AI integration
• Comfortable:
  • Mentoring engineers
  • Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor a small engineering team (1 engineers)

• Design and deploy AI agents and automation workflows

• Maintain and improve:

  • AI systems

  • Reliability performance and security

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to:

  • Implement AI solutions

  • Drive adoption

• Support AI upskilling across teams

• Ensure scalable and secure AI operations (MLOps practices)

• Azure Kubernetes (AKS)
• Docker / OCI

• AI/ML & automation frameworks

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI / automation systems

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • AI agents / pipelines / workflows

• Solid MLOps / DevOps foundation:

  • Kubernetes (AKS preferred)

  • Containerization (Docker)

  • Linux systems

  • Azure cloud

• Ability to:

  • Lead and mentor engineers

  • Work cross-functionally

• Strong communication and ownership mindset
