As a global leader in our space SimCorp is on a journey to transform from a traditional enterprise software company into a technology-enabled services business while maintaining our double-digit highly profitable growth. To further support and drive this journey we are transitioning to a horizontal delivery model aligned to client outcomes.

The Technical Enablement team within the Value Stream Management Office (VMO) plays a critical role in supporting value stream teams byprovidingthe foundational technical capabilities frameworks and infrastructurerequiredto ensure efficient scalable and high-quality delivery. Specifically the team enables consistent execution across value streams through support for configuration management end-to-end testing and infrastructure-related challenges ensuring that teams canoperateeffectively within standardized environments and tooling part of the VMOs broader mandate to standardize practices improve flow and drive lean/agile transformation the Technical Enablement function acts as a central enabler that reduces technical friction improves delivery resilience and accelerates onboarding of new teams - ultimately contributing to more predictable reliable and scalable value delivery across the organization

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream focusing on efficiency quality and cost reduction.
• Create automated end to end tests based on input from business expertsandarchitects.
• Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a DevOps approach.
• Monitor react on and debug failing tests.
• First level tech support on infrastructuretoolsand processes.
• Manageend to end infrastructure.
• Develop tools to support integrated tests.

WHAT WE VALUE

• Proficiencyin C# with at least5years of experience
• Experience withDevOpsprinciples CI/CD&PowerShell scripting
• Azure networking and related certifications
• DevOps mindset and clear belief in test driven development
• Practical experience with Azure and related technologies (Azure DevOps pipelines Function apps Service bus Cosmos DB)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform)
• Ability to drive transformation and curiosityto learn about business processes
• Ability to work collaboratively remain self-motivated and consistently deliver results

The salary range for this position is betweenandEUR RAL in base compensation under the CCNL Commercio framework. Additionally employees are eligible to benefits including health care leave and retirement plans. Total compensation including possible bonuses may vary depending on role location department and individual performance.
