• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) to the component level.
• Identify faulty components replace parts and verify proper board functionality.
• Use electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics diagrams and technical drawings.
• Maintain accurate repair logs test results and related documentation.
• Follow ESD safety and quality standards at all times.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve
• product reliability.
• Use Navision to post completed products and create replacement parts as needed.
• Support production and shipment activities as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6S principles.

• AA/AS or technical certificate or degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PCB repair electronics assembly or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and basic circuit design.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot to the component level using test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 40 pounds.
• Frequent standing reaching bending grasping kneeling and use of hands for tools and

Base Salary Range:$20.00 - $25.00 / hour USD Individual offers are based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. This range does not include bonus compensation or benefits which are outlined during the offer process.
