Summary
The Case Review Specialist position serves as a Case Reviewer for the program. This position will facilitate case plan development meetings and semi-annual (SAR) case plan reviews with families service teams foster parents counselors and other service providers.

Responsibilities
The Case Review Specialist will perform duties including but not limited to:
- Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Programs mission values and philosophies.
- Coordinates schedules and completes case reviews including but not limited to initial Case Plan Family Team meetings quarterly Family Team meetings SAR case reviews.
- Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
- Collects and compiles data for reporting purposes.
- Acts as an independent Case Reviewer to assure that all current service needs are being addressed appropriately.
- Prepares for reviews by assuring the required documentation is prepared letters of invitation have been sent and that updates have been completed prior to the review.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human services from an accredited college or university.
- 2 years of Child Welfare experience.
- Must demonstrate a sincere commitment to the service and advocacy for youth and families.
- Must be able to maintain compliance with attending agency required training programs.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers smart phones and tablets printers fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing spreadsheet and database programs.
