Job Summary
Job Title: ELV Engineer
Job Purpose:
Manage and maintain all ELV systems to ensure smooth operations compliance with regulations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ELV systems (Fire Alarm CCTV Security BMS Lighting Control FM200 etc.)
- Ensure compliance with NFPA QCD MOI-SSD and other standards
- Manage AMC/non-AMC contractors and maintenance activities (PPM & CM)
- Coordinate work permits (PTW) and ensure timely task completion via CMMS
- Prepare for and support government inspections
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field
- 35 years of ELV experience
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and ELV systems
- Strong coordination communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in English
KPIs:
- System uptime
- Maintenance completion rate
- Compliance with regulations
- Successful inspections
