Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Enterprise Sales (Connectivity Consultant) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the telecom/ISP space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying enterprise opportunities developing strategic sales plans and delivering connectivity solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of telecom products (internet fiber enterprise connectivity) and the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospect and develop new enterprise sales opportunities
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the companys enterprise customer base
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored connectivity solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Provide accurate sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities
- Ensure proper documentation and management of customer data and sales records
- Handle client inquiries complaints and provide after-sales support
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage customer portfolios to maximize retention and upselling opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Telecommunications or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in enterprise sales preferably in telecoms or ISP
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions (Fiber Broadband Dedicated Internet etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong business acumen and market awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Experience working with CRM tools is an added advantage
