Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Enterprise Sales (Connectivity Consultant) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the telecom/ISP space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying enterprise opportunities developing strategic sales plans and delivering connectivity solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of telecom products (internet fiber enterprise connectivity) and the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prospect and develop new enterprise sales opportunities
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the companys enterprise customer base
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored connectivity solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Provide accurate sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports
Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities
Ensure proper documentation and management of customer data and sales records
Handle client inquiries complaints and provide after-sales support
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage customer portfolios to maximize retention and upselling opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Telecommunications or a related field
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in enterprise sales preferably in telecoms or ISP
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions (Fiber Broadband Dedicated Internet etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Strong business acumen and market awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
Experience working with CRM tools is an added advantage
