Job Summary

Job Position: Project Sales Executive (Renovation Project)

Salary Up To RM6000

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Requirements:

Drive sales and marketing efforts including identifying potential customers and projects.
Initiate customer visits perform site surveys prepare sales proposals quotations and contracts.
Follow up and engage in negotiation with customers while ensuring compliance to Companys pricing policies.
Build and maintain strong customers relationships while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
Discover customers needs and offer solutions of companys services and products to them

Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma or Degree in any field of studies or Business studies / Marketing.
Experience in liaising with Contractor and Building Owner will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 - 5 year(s) of working experience in Sales / Marketing in building material is preferably.
Required language : English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be a plus)
Ability to organize plan and analyze.
Ensure work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied.
