Sales Engineer Penang

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer to manage and grow business within the panel builder segment. This role involves developing strong partner relationships driving sales opportunities and supporting end-to-end project execution across the electrical solutions ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Build develop and maintain strong relationships with panel builders distributors and key stakeholders
• Drive sales activities and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned segment
• Promote and support the sales of electrical products such as circuit breakers contactors relays power meters drives and related solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales marketing technical and supply chain) to ensure full project and customer coverage
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through effective engagement
• Prepare and deliver sales quotations proposals and technical documentation
• Monitor and maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities providing regular updates to management
• Evaluate bid opportunities and conduct feasibility assessments for project participation
• Coordinate order processing documentation logistics and financial requirements with internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries orders and project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales account management or business development within the electrical mechanical or industrial sector
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Fresh graduate from with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering are welcomed to apply
