• Starting between $17-20 per hour but with commissions and bonuses Techs can make $35 per hour equivalents.
  If you have the gift of sales you can do VERY well!
• Paid holidays.
• No work on Saturdays and most Sundays.
• Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free. And we provide all the equipment youll need too!
• Paid training We do require an experienced window cleaner right now but other areas of the Shine service model will be trained.
• Company vehicles is driven to the project sites but you do need to have transportation to come for work and occasionally to a project.
• Team-focused Shine culture as well as independent focus.

• Each morning youll meet at Shine HQ to understand the days game plan.
• Youll arrive at the jobs in our Shine vehicles to customers homes or businesses throughout the day and perform services.
• Engage with customers before and after work is complete to ensure were meeting their expectations.
• Youll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day and prepare for tomorrow.

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation and have a clean record.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 50 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights. Ladder work will be required.
• Must like to work outside.
