About The Opportunity

As a Site Manager for a boutique Class 2 residential development you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities ensuring that projects are delivered safely on schedule and to a high standard of quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage construction activities workforce materials and equipment to meet program and budget targets.
• Implement Inspection & Test Plans and ensure works meet drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain WHS compliance through toolbox talks SWMS management inductions and safety planning.
• Coordinate inspections with PCA consultants and authorities while addressing defects and issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and labour to maintain productivity and program delivery.
• Manage site logistics including deliveries site access procurement and resource scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation while monitoring site operations risks and compliance standards.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3 years experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman on Class 2 residential projects.
• Proven delivery of boutique or mid-rise residential construction developments.
• Strong ability in coordinating consultants and resolving design and build issues.
• Experience managing procurement site logistics and construction programs.
• Solid understanding of NSW construction regulations and site procedures.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar with drawing interpretation skills.
• Strong leadership communication and organised site management approach.
• White Card drivers licence and strong commitment to safety and compliance.
