Job Summary
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What youll do:
- Execute day-to-day logistics operations across Archers network ensuring reliable movement of materials tooling and flight hardware
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air ocean and ground modes including time-critical and high-value moves
- Manage shipment lifecycle from request intake through delivery including booking documentation tracking and issue resolution
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain and external vendors to align logistics execution with program needs
- Ensure compliance with DOT IATA and international shipping regulations including hazardous materials handling and documentation
- Support planning and execution of complex moves including AOG test articles and demo aircraft deployments
- Maintain accurate shipment records and system data to support traceability reporting and audit requirements
- Identify and escalate risks to schedule cost or material integrity and drive timely resolution
- Work with logistics providers carriers and brokers to ensure service performance and resolve operational issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including SOP development process standardization and cost optimization
- Assist in packaging validation and coordination to ensure materials are protected and compliant for transport
- Support development of scalable logistics processes and tools as Archer grows its operational footprint
What you need:
- 2 years of related experience in Aerospace and/or automotive industry.
- 2 years of related experience in domestic and international transportation management.
- Understanding of production classification (HTS).
- Knowledge/experience working with freight forwarders and U.S. Customs Brokers.
- Ability to communicate in a professional business manner both in writing and verbally. High attention to details is required.
- Strong computer skills. Experience handling logistics in an ERP driven environment. SAPS experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong team player.
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Bonus Qualifications:
- BS degree in Supply Chain Operations or Business.
- Experience with shipping and handling of Dangerous Goods.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Companys strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay range of $67700 - $85000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge skills and experience.
