About the Practice
This is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic with a strong focus on specialized care and clinician development. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcomed supported and mentored. Experienced clinicians will find a clear path to developing a specialty or pursuing advanced certification with the full backing of the practice behind them.
About the Role
You will treat a diverse caseload that includes sports injuries joint replacements spine care headaches and jaw dysfunction. This role has a significant focus on orofacial pain management with approximately 85% of the caseload centered on TMD cervicogenic headaches and otalgia. Specialized training in orofacial pain is provided. Care is delivered one-on-one with no double bookings. Full-time clinicians can expect to see 14 patients per 8-hour day.
Schedule
Monday through Friday only. No weekends. No major holidays required. Flexible scheduling is available and you will have the autonomy to build a schedule that fits your life. Full time is defined as 40 hours per week. Candidates with a minimum of 24 hours of availability across 3 weekdays will also be considered.
Compensation
$87000 to $110000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. A productivity and performance bonus is also available. A sign-on bonus is included.

Requirements
Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentorship support. Full-time availability of 40 hours preferred with part-time consideration for candidates available at least 24 hours across 3 weekdays.
