Position Summary
We are seeking an experiencedProduct Managerto lead the expansion adoption and execution of nextgenerationX-ray Assisted Device Alteration (XADA)hardware methodologies and workflows within the semiconductor test and failure analysis ecosystem. This role blends strong product management with deep technical knowledge of semiconductor testing fault isolation and emerging diagnostic techniques. You will have the opportunity to develop a novel approach and grow the market for an emerging business unit.
The successful candidate will drive crossfunctional programs spanning R&D product engineering manufacturing test and customer engagements ensuring delivery of worldleading hardware and analytical capabilities to the market.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
- Advance XADA-related initiatives working with customers to propagate adoption.
- Define project scope milestones timelines risks and success metrics across multiple concurrent programs.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including hardware software test engineering failure analysis applications and external partners.
Technical Enablement & Strategy
- Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams and customers forfault isolation and advanced debug workflows.
- Guide implementation and adoption ofsemiconductor fault isolation techniques including but not limited toLADA (Laser Assisted Defect Analysis)and Xraybased methodologies.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps for nextgeneration XADA hardware automation and data analytics.
Test & Ecosystem Integration
- Support alignment of XADA solutions withautomated test equipment (ATE)platforms.
- Collaborate on solutions that integrate with or complementTeradyneandAdvantesttest environments.
- Ensure compatibility with industry-standard test flows data formats and manufacturing requirements.
Market & Customer Impact
- Engage with key customers to understand test challenges fault isolation gaps and market needs.
- Develop marketing collateral and market insights to drive strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Physics Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven project management or technical leadership experienceleading complex crossfunctional engineering programs.
- Previous experience insemiconductor test failure analysis yield engineering or device debug.
- Handson or working knowledge offault isolation techniques includingLADAand related methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies in a production or customerfacing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity withAutomated Test Equipment (ATE)platforms particularlyTeradyne and/or Advantest.
- Knowledge of semiconductorindustry standards test processes device qualification flows and manufacturing requirements.
- Experience working withadvanced diagnostics Xray analysis or nondestructive inspection technologies.
- PMP Agile or other project management certifications.
- Experience working directly with customers or in a fieldapplications or technical marketing capacity.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
