This senior engineer guides technical service teams in pre- and post-sales HVACR technical support which includes commissioning installation testing and providing maintenance services to customers. Responsibilities include correctly applying the product portfolio.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide customer technical supportinthe setup configuring troubleshooting and operating of products.

• Provide necessary training to the sales group and customers on the features and proper use and application of product lines.

• Provide customer-specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications.

Requires a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience HVAC experience preferred.

Excellent customer service skills strong math and mechanical knowledge. Has expert knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration.Musthave strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to use Microsoft Office.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $97000 - $127050 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
