What you will do

• Implement a structured business plan focusing on the efficient sourcing of new vacancies suitable for DES clients across your allocated area
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the disability employment sector including employers government agencies community groups and healthcare providers
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and grow a portfolio of disability-friendly employers
• Provide post-placement support to employers to ensure sustainable outcomes for placed clients
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including revenue growth customer acquisition and market share
• Collaborate with Brand & Engagement to elevate Affords Disability Employment Services brand ensuring all activity aligns with our values and mission
• Participate in internal audit programs and proactively ensure corrective actions are completed

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship management within the disability or human services sector
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III or IV in Employment Services or Disability Services) or equivalent experience
• Strong industry knowledge and established employer networks
• Proven success in generating and converting opportunities into business outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals
• Knowledge of Federal Government-funded employment programs and services
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
• Current C class drivers licence
