Youll work alongside an energetic earlyrising group passionate about creating bold socialfirst content that connects with Melbourne listeners and sets the tone for the day both onair and across digital platforms.A day in the lifeAs a Producer you will drive audience engagement and retention by collaborating with production teams and talent to create compelling content for on-air platforms while also managing audience interactions coordinating guest appearances monitoring industry trends and supporting national show a key member of the production team the Producer is also responsible for all on-air content aligned to the relevant stations key brand message and meets relevant risk assessment guidelines and on-air codes before going this role you will:Collaborate closely with the production team & talent to ideate develop and execute compelling content for both on-air and digital platforms ensuring audience engagement and support Mick in the Morning while also partnering with the Melbourne Content Brand Experience team to deliver station tactics events and special the creative and planning process for segments and interviews coordinating guests endtoend and managing logistics to ensure seamless highquality onair as the primary audience liaison providing firstclass listener support preparing contributors for onair participation and actively engaging audiences across social and live continuous improvement and national strategy execution by monitoring audience feedback and competitor activity sharing insights with the Content Director and production team to maximise reach and Youll NeedExperience creating relevant and on-brand content within a metropolitan Radio marketA genuine passion for Content and a thirst to create innovative and industry leading contentSelf-motivated and with excellent team working skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with SCAs target audiencesThe ability and an interest to adapt to new industry technology and best practices in AudioExperience demonstrating active problem solving and the ability to think on your feetAn understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomesLet us sweeten the deal!Flexible working optionsto help you balance work and GIGs Our internal talent development program helps you cross-skill and grow within Parental Leave 20 weeks of gender-neutral leave to support all Perks Extra leave for your birthday and volunteering plus free and discounted concert and footy tickets.
