We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer on a 2-year contract to lead our people systems and ideas to help great games get made brilliantly. This is a senior role for someone equally comfortable driving complex production at scale as you are empowering teams to do their best work.
Well be running this project out of the Sydney studio but offer remote working or have offices in Melbourne BrisbanePerthand Adelaide you could work from we just need full Australian working rights.

Core responsibilities:
Own and drive production strategy across multiple workstreams ensuring teams are aligned timelines are met and delivery risks are proactively managed
Lead cross-functional teams to remove blockers optimise workflows and maintain a high bar for quality and player experience
Oversee and improve production tools and systems (Jira Google Suite Slack reporting frameworks) including asset pipelines forecasting and performance tracking
Partner with studio leadership to plan scope and deliver against key milestones contributing to product and business strategy
Foster a strong team culture for SMG by mentoring producers and championing best practice
A bit about you:

You consistently deliver results. You have gained solid experience as a Producer/Senior Producer ideally within games or digital production managing complex projects across budgets resources schedules and scope
An excellent communicator who can align stakeholders simplify complex challenges and drive clear decision-making
Calm adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure with strong leadership and collaboration skills elevating those around you
