Job Summary
Location: On-site Monterrey Nuevo León
Work Shift: Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Information Systems or a related field
Experience
2 to 3 years in commercial roles (KAM Senior Sales Executive or similar)
Experience with IBM Microsoft Google or Oracle
Background in retail or consumer electronics
Knowledge of premium IT brands
Proficiency in retail processes
Technical Skills:
Key account management and negotiation
Advanced Excel
CRM handling
Performance KPIs:
Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual quota
Revenue and margin growth
Forecast accuracy
Account profitability
NPS and customer satisfaction
