Requirements:

Knowledge of IT infrastructure including:

Computer and printer troubleshooting and deployment.

Microsoft Windows (client) and basic understanding of Active Directory.

Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP LAN).

Familiarity with internet connectivity and security concepts (VPN antivirus).

Exposure to virtualization or remote access tools (e.g. Citrix) is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of M365 administration including Office suite Exchange Teams SharePoint and entra ID.

Key Responsabilities:

Assist in the deployment and support of IT hardware and software including PCs/laptops printers and mobile devices.

Monitor ticket queries and resolve basic issues; escalate more complex tickets to senior team members or vendors as needed.

Support installation and basic maintenance of servers and storage systems under supervision.

Follow established security procedures including updates antivirus and access controls.

Perform routine system administration tasks such as user account setup password resets and maintain inventory records.

Monitor system alerts and report performance or availability issues to the team.

Assist in troubleshooting recurring hardware and software issues and document solutions.

Help maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.

Support data backup processes and verify successful completion.

Provide basic user support and guidance on IT tools and best practices.

Participate in team meetings and assist with process improvement initiatives.
