Job Summary
Your mission will be to enable our internal customers and colleagues by providing knowledgeable and consistent support of the highest quality while ensuring legal and commercial compliance are in place. You will be the link between our global organization with the market or markets to promote initiatives that will help us achieve the companys ambitions stated in the Strategy 2030.
This position will be based in Polanco Mexico city.
This is a temporary position for 6 months.
What you will do
As a Solutions Sales Support Specialist you will:
- Lead sales support for Solutions during the sales process providing financial analysis value proposition pricing and margin calculation according to a pre-defined scope of offering aligned to customers needs. Follow up with sales throughout the process by tracking open proposals and recommendations to capture new business. Secure that the pre-defined scope of offering is aligned with internal stakeholders.
- Govern contract creation in SAP by ensuring correct allocation of revenue across categories according to scope of supply regular follow-up with markets to ensure contracts are on track according to what was budgeted. Secure that legal and commercial policies are being followed in the quotations control signed and pending documents and support the sales team in audits.
- Participate in the governance of Service Agreement process by monitoring actual sales vs budget and recommending actions to secure accuracy of quotations.
- Support the deployment of training/workshops about Services Solutions processes to sales and delivery organizations to secure flawlessly implementation.
We believe you have
- A strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to interact cross border and to build networks and relationships.
- An ability to sell your ideas to others and your communication skills are great.
- Fluent in English language (read write and speak)
- 2 years or more of experience in commercial/business/customer service areas (objection handling business finance and selling basic concepts)
- University bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Commercial Relationships or similar.
- Excel SAP Business Objects (BO) Power Bi experience is desirable.
