• SAP Fiori
• SAP Workflow
• Document management solutions

• DCMS Experience:Strong knowledge of DCMS including user administration workflow management troubleshooting and operational support.
• Cideon Experience:Support the integration between JDoc and the Cideon Conversion Engine ensuring accurate metadata stamping and for automated CAD-to-neutral file (PDF) conversions in SAP.
• Database Knowledge:Ability to perform basic database queries analyze data and diagnose system or integration failures.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience working within ticket-based support environments and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to document incidents root causes corrective actions and support documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively support and collaborate with internal users and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
