What youll be doing (and who with)
Your main tasks and required skills are to increase the sales pipeline through the following duties:
Search engage and follow outbound leads (cold actions Linkedin Sales Navigator etc.)
Generate sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
Participation in the organization of events and fairs with the Business Development team.
Large organizational capacity and autonomy in task management.
Ability to overcome the set goals.
Proactive attitude and motivation are defining characteristics.
Ability to maintain good relationships with all members of the company while complying with the standards and rules of life applicable to each employee.
What are we looking for
Native Spanish speaker.
Fluent in English.
You live in Puebla (Mexico)
High communication skills.
Sales experience.
Proactive attitude to the implementation of projects and teamwork.
Organizational ability and autonomy according to market protocols.
You are a restless creative person with the ability to generate ideas.
You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.
Useful:
Master (tourism administrative management trade).
Knowledge and experience in the field of tourism and / or vacation rental.
Knowledge of IT web applications use of new technologies etc.
If you are a technology geek. If you know our products thats a plus.
Office tools: CRM (Salesforce) monitoring of Internet information.
What do we offer

Salary: 377k MXN bonus.
Flexibility that fits your life: hybrid work (3 days at home 2 at the office each week) flexible working hours an afternoon off for childrens birthdays and support during their first days at school. We care about your life outside of work Also some trips to Valencia (Spain)
