The Platform

ShippyPro helps merchants manage shipping end-to-end: carrier selection label generation tracking and integrations with e-commerce platforms and couriers.

Your job is to bring clarity and turn that complexity into solutions that actually work.

What Youll Do

• Work with the Senior PM to define prioritize and ship product improvements
• Talk to merchants and understand real workflows and pain points
• Write clear specs and user stories
• Own features end-to-end: discovery delivery iteration
• Use data to guide decisions and spot issues early
• Collaborate with engineering design and customer teams

What Youll Bring

• 2 years in product product ops or similar
• Clear communication you simplify complexity
• Comfort with ambiguity you move without perfect info
• Curiosity for data (SQL is a plus)
• Basic understanding of APIs/integrations
• Structured thinking and strong prioritization
• English proficiency

Hiring Process

2. Intro call 30 min with our People and Culture Team to align on expectations and context
3. Product interview a deep-dive with the Senior PM on how you think and work
4. Take-home challenge a short practical exercise to see how you approach a real product problem
5. Final interview meet the broader team and leadership
