Job Summary
Were looking for a Field Sales Manager focused on expanding existing enterprise accounts. This is not a desk job. Its a field role: meeting customers building relationships identifying growth opportunities and helping them scale.
ShippyPro is the shipping technology platform transforming the way companies manage their shipments. Our mission is to help businesses digitize optimize and control their logistics operations.
We already work with hundreds of enterprise customers across Italy and Europe. Now we want to grow those customers and were looking for the right person to lead that effort.

The product
ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries.
It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers giving teams one place to ship faster reduce manual work and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
The challenge
You will focus on expanding existing enterprise accounts building strong relationships and identifying new growth opportunities across markets and channels. Your role drives measurable outcomes for your accounts while supporting ShippyPros growth and presence in Italy and Europe ensuring customers maximize value from our platform.

What youll do:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Identify opportunities for upsell cross-sell and expansion into new markets and channels (B2B B2C)
- Build strong relationships across the organization: operations logistics finance C-level
- Work closely with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
- Act as the main point of contact for partnership growth
- Represent ShippyPro in the field: customer visits industry events trade shows
- Bring strategic insights from the market to the internal team
What youll bring:
- 5 years of experience in account management key account or B2B field sales roles
- Proven track record in customer expansion and upselling
- Ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level
- Strategic mindset
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Willingness to travel and spend time in the field
- Autonomy ownership results-driven mindset
- Fluent Italian professional English

- Compensation: fixed salary is within the 43k58k range 40% bonus.
