As a Instructional Designer you will focuse on translating change impacts into effective training and enablement materials that help employees successfully adopt new processes tools or ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with change managers to understand change impacts and learning needs
Design and develop training assets such as:
Instructor led materials
Self-paced learning content
Job aids quick reference guides and process walkthroughs
Support training plans and learning timelines aligned to change milestones
Ensure training content aligns with change messaging and target behaviors
Participate in testing and refinement of training materials based on feedback
Support coordination with learning platforms or delivery partners as needed
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
2 4 years of experience in training development instructional design or learning support roles
Experience with e learning tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate) or LMS platforms
Exposure to technology process or operating model changes
Working knowledge of adult learning principles
Experience creating structured training content and job aids
Basic understanding of change management concepts and how training supports adoption
Strong organizational and documentation skills
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $40.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
