Job Description:
As a Instructional Designer you will focuse on translating change impacts into effective training and enablement materials that help employees successfully adopt new processes tools or ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with change managers to understand change impacts and learning needs
- Design and develop training assets such as:
- Instructor led materials
- Self-paced learning content
- Job aids quick reference guides and process walkthroughs
- Support training plans and learning timelines aligned to change milestones
- Ensure training content aligns with change messaging and target behaviors
- Participate in testing and refinement of training materials based on feedback
- Support coordination with learning platforms or delivery partners as needed
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

- 2 4 years of experience in training development instructional design or learning support roles
- Experience with e learning tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate) or LMS platforms
- Exposure to technology process or operating model changes
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience creating structured training content and job aids
- Basic understanding of change management concepts and how training supports adoption
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $40.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
