Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support end-to-end provider credentialing operations for a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for ensuring timely accurate and compliant processing of provider credentials in alignment with organizational policies hospital bylaws and applicable regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of provider credentialing including initial appointments reappointments credential audits and clinical privileging
• Support credentialing processes for Medical Staff Allied Health Professionals and other providers
• Utilize MDStaff credentialing software to process track and monitor credentialing activities and background checks
• Ensure accuracy completeness and integrity of provider data within credentialing systems
• Maintain compliance with accrediting bodies regulatory agencies and internal policies
• Interpret credentialing requirements in accordance with applicable laws statutes and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of credentialing workflows

Required Skills

• Strong experience with credentialing processes and audits
• Proficiency in MDStaff or similar credentialing systems preferred
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
