Job Summary
We are looking for an HR professional with strong experience in statutory compliance labour laws and HR legal processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and managing PF ESIC and other statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance for employees
- Handle PF (Provident Fund) ESIC PT LWF Gratuity Bonus compliances
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments
- Maintain employee records as per labour law requirements
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance matters
- Draft HR policies employee letters and compliance-related documentation
- Support in handling labour law matters and employee disputes
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws such as:
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Assist in internal and external audits related to HR compliance
- Keep track of changes in labour laws and update internal processes accordingly
Requirements
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in HR statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in PF ESIC and labour law compliance
