We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of experience who has grown through roles such as Business Analyst and Product Owner into a full-fledged Product Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business analysis product ownership and strategic product management with the ability to drive product vision roadmap and execution end-to-end.

Ideal Career Progression (Mandatory)

• Early career as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering stakeholder interaction)
• Transition into Product Owner (backlog management agile delivery)
• Currently working as a Product Manager with at least 3 years in PM role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Translate business requirements into clear product features and user stories
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery design development launch iteration
• Work closely with engineering design QA and business stakeholders
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog prioritization
• Use data and customer insights to make product decisions
• Define and track KPIs product metrics and success criteria
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure seamless communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Mentor junior product owners/analysts if applicable

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 10 years of total experience with:
  • Strong foundation as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner
  • Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Expertise in requirement gathering BRDs PRDs and user stories
• Experience managing product backlogs and sprint planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
