Roles And Responsibilities :- Identify relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork Freelancer Fiverr Guru etc. Draft compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to the clients requirements. with clients to understand their needs and clarify project scope. Negotiate project terms timelines and budgets with potential clients. Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert bids into successful projects. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations and timelines. Maintain records of bids client communications and conversion rates. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition. Monitor and analyze bidding performance and suggest improvements. Involvement in full sales cycle starting from lead generation to project delivery.
