Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
35 years experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel
Previous supervisory or management experience essential
Knowledge of safari/lodge operations highly advantageous
Wine knowledge (beneficial)
Valid drivers license (often required in remote lodges)
Working Conditions (Eastern Cape Lodges)
Live-in position (remote location)
Shift work including weekends and public holidays
Long hours with a hands-on operational role
High guest interaction and expectation environment
