This opportunity is ideal for a CA(SA) with extensive executive leadership experience and a proven ability to operate at Board and Executive Committee level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with the organisations long-term objectives.
- Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance management.
- Ensure the accuracy integrity and timeliness of financial and statutory reporting.
- Drive corporate governance enterprise risk management and internal control frameworks.
- Oversee mergers acquisitions restructures and asset disposal initiatives.
- Develop and implement financial and operational strategies that support business growth.
- Partner with the Board and Executive Committee on strategic decision-making.
- Oversee finance treasury tax audit and compliance reporting functions.
- Build mentor and lead high-performing finance teams while driving succession planning.
- Manage relationships with auditors shareholders executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification (Non-negotiable).
- Extensive executive-level finance leadership experience within a large complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Corporate governance
- Enterprise risk management
- Financial strategy
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Board reporting
- Statutory and regulatory reporting
