About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BI Developer/Analyst to join our team in Medellín. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights developing dashboards and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.)
Extract transform and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to business teams
Optimize and maintain database queries and data models
Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reports
Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests
Document processes data flows and reporting logic

Requirements

35 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analysis or related roles
Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or SQL Server
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
Understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake Redshift BigQuery)
Experience working in Agile environments

Required Skills:
